SMARTouch Databases

OSHA requires that Employers retain and have available all Employee Exposure Monitoring data for a period of 30 years. How are you ensuring this requirement is being met? To address this requirement, 1Source Safety and Health, Inc. has developed SMARTouch. SMARTouch is a paperless database that allows you to enter industrial hygiene sampling data and other survey information, link reports and photographs, develop report tables, employee notification letters and much more.

Recently, a major electric utility company purchased SMARTouch with the goal of entering past data and new data as surveys are completed. Their safety and health staff can now query the database a find specific data by location, by employee, by contaminant, by date and more. In short, the data and all linked documents are at their fingertips. No more need to try to find reports that were misplaced.
