Asbestos Surveys and Investigations

1Source conducts asbestos and lead identification surveys and condition assessments to provide information needed in the design of asbestos or lead abatement projects or to provide information for the effective management of asbestos-containing materials in place. EPA-certified asbestos project inspectors conduct the surveys. Data is presented in formats and reports that allow the client to access the information that will assist in the effective management of asbestos or lead and in the communication of hazards. 1Source is licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and City of Philadelphia.

• Asbestos Abatement Project Design services for project design, development of bid specifications and bid evaluations.
• Asbestos Environmental Quality Assurance Monitoring for abatement oversite, sampling, clearance monitoring and sample analysis on site.
• Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Programs that address any asbestos containing materials (ACM) that remains in place within the building.
